We are recruiting: plant operator (Michigan)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a plant operator in Alger County, Michigan. You will be based in an open-cast mine. Requirements: • Valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination The role involves: • Stockpile and spread material to the required levels • Read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles • Operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material • Excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels Rotating shifts.
