Bricklayer • Efon, Ekiti State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bricklayer in Efon, Ekiti State. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of mortar mixes and bonds (stretcher, English, Flemish) • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding Day to day you will checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod; building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses; building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation; bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters; forming arches, piers and reveals around openings; installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
