Backhoe loader operator — Middlesex County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a backhoe loader operator in Middlesex County, Virginia. You should have: • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures You will operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material; top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects; carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension; load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket; excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels; work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals. Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
