Immediate opening: kitchen porter (New Mexico)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Valencia County, New Mexico. You will clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift. You should have: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure 2+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $3,300 per month, based on your experience.
