Requirements: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets On the job you will handle: • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in Part-time with flexible hours.
