Captain waiter — Dorchester County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a captain waiter in Dorchester County, South Carolina. You will work in a coffee shop. Your main tasks: • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Clear and reset tables between covers • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins Ideal candidate: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Pay around $3,900 per month, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
