Now hiring: we are hiring a blocklayer in Ohafia, Abia State. You should have: • Proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding On the job you will handle: • Bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters • Installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays • Checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod • Buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
