Powder coater — Kauai County

Join our team: we are hiring a powder coater in Kauai County, Hawaii. Day to day you will cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow. You should have: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes 4+ years on the tools preferred.
