Gang bricklayer wanted in Seneca County

Now hiring: we are hiring a gang bricklayer in Seneca County, New York. The job is at a renovation and extension job. You will spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel; brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go; building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses; laying bricks to the line, level and plumb; cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder. Ideal candidate: • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks • Own trowel, spirit level and basic hand tools • Sound knowledge of mortar mixes and bonds (stretcher, English, Flemish) Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
