Electrostatic spray painter — Wayne County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Wayne County, North Carolina. The role involves: • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage Requirements: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg We offer $6,750 per project plus benefits.
