Meat cutter — Abbeville County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a meat cutter in Abbeville County, South Carolina. The role involves: • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts What we are looking for: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
