Line cook — Carlton County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a line cook in Carlton County, Minnesota. The job is at a busy restaurant kitchen. You will label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch. Ideal candidate: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Full-time, day shift.
