Immediate opening: production assembler (Scotland)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a production assembler in The Scottish Borders, Scotland. You will work in a packaging and assembly workshop. You will log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay; pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line; pack finished units with foam inserts and seal the cartons; top up the line-side bins and call for parts when stock runs low. Ideal candidate: • Basic understanding of quality checks and 5S • Can read work instructions and basic measurements • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets 6+ years on the tools preferred.
