Ideal candidate: • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant • Knowledge of daily greasing and pre-start inspections The role involves grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms; follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels; strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse; grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily; backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. $220 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
