Excavator operator — Shomolu

Join our team: we are hiring an excavator operator in Shomolu, Lagos State. You will work in an open-cast quarry. Your main tasks: • Backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers • Keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly • Grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient • Lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains • Clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble • Excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs Requirements: • Good awareness of underground services and exclusion zones • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. ₦290,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
