Lathe programmer-operator wanted in Wabaunsee County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a lathe programmer-operator in Wabaunsee County, Kansas. What we are looking for: • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code On a typical shift you will deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand; set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54); change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear; set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets; measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers; load and index turning tools in the turret.
