Head baker — Burnett County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a head baker in Burnett County, Wisconsin. You will work at a neighbourhood confectionery. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Your main tasks: • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
