Machine setter-operator • Saline County, Kansas

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a machine setter-operator in Saline County, Kansas. You will be based at a busy manufacturing plant. Requirements: • Able to read job cards and basic engineering drawings • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety Day to day you will key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature; record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet; load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper; clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line; run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing; report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter.
