Join our team: we are hiring an argon welding operator in Kerr County, Texas. You will work in a stainless steel kitchen-equipment unit. The role involves clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding; back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise; keep the arc length and travel speed consistent; inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut; strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal; clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush. You should have: • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding Full-time with occasional weekends.
