Now hiring: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Stanton County, Nebraska. You will be based at a café with an on-site bakery. The role involves: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch Ideal candidate: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving 6+ years on the tools preferred.
