Powder coating operator wanted in Juneau County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Juneau County, Wisconsin. Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg The role involves sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around $17 per hour, based on your experience.
