Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cake decorator in Okaloosa County, Florida. You will work at an in-store supermarket bakery. Day to day you will weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials. You should have: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
