Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems • Confident working at height on ladders and scaffolds • A good head for heights and steady balance You will lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling; fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits; strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck; seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing; bed and point ridge tiles with mortar; hang box gutters and downpipes for rainwater.
