Head baker — Zuru

Now hiring: we are hiring a head baker in Zuru, Kebbi State. Your main tasks: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Score the top of loaves before baking • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer What we are looking for: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Part-time with flexible hours.
