Immediate opening: we are hiring a brick mason in Burke County, North Carolina. You should have: • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks • Proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks The role involves setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge; buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge; cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder; laying bricks to the line, level and plumb.
