Shuttering carpenter — Madison County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a shuttering carpenter in Madison County, Illinois. You will work at a reinforced concrete building site. Requirements: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing Your main tasks: • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking • Strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured • Watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement • Apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting $4,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
