Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Madison County, Texas. You will work at a powder coating unit. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth On a typical shift you will inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper.
