Mining dozer operator • Franklin County, North Carolina

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a mining dozer operator in Franklin County, North Carolina. The job is on a road construction project. Day to day you will operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site; form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle; maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear; refuel the machine and record running hours; grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily; strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse. Requirements: • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes Part-time with flexible hours. $2,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
