Commis chef — Uinta County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a commis chef in Uinta County, Wyoming. The job is at a busy restaurant kitchen. You should have: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Your main tasks: • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
