CNC machine operator • Nevada County, California

Immediate opening: we are hiring a CNC machine operator in Nevada County, California. You will be based at a busy manufacturing plant. You should have: • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills • Able to stand for long hours on the shop floor Day-to-day duties: • Run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing • Monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift • Load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper • Follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine • Segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches • Change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers 5+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
