Wood machinist — Wayne County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a wood machinist in Wayne County, Illinois. Day to day you will build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions; glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together; cut sheet material and timber with a circular saw, jigsaw and table saw; install skirting boards, architraves and dado rails. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent 5+ years on the tools preferred.
