Flatlock machine operator — Oyi

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a flatlock machine operator in Oyi, Anambra State. You will be based on a ready-made garment production line. On a typical shift you will meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality; sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required; operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line; match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching; change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation; thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension. Ideal candidate: • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
