Your main tasks: • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room You should have: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
