Protective coatings painter — Harrison County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a protective coatings painter in Harrison County, Iowa. You will be based on a residential building site. What we are looking for: • Able to read colour schedules and follow a finish spec • A good eye for clean lines and an even finish Day-to-day duties: • Mix and tint paint to match colour swatches • Apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller • Measure up and work out paint and material quantities • Strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns • Prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer • Work safely from ladders, scaffolding and mobile towers Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
