Day-to-day duties: • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen Six days a week, one day off.
