What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE • Able to read and match factory paint codes You will mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio; compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun; wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs.
