Vacancy available: we are hiring a protective coatings painter in Nodaway County, Missouri. You will be based at a property maintenance company. On a typical shift you will work safely from ladders, scaffolding and mobile towers; hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams; apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls; fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps; prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolding • Working-at-height / PASMA scaffold ticket an advantage Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
