Join our team: assembly operator (Missouri)

We are recruiting: we are hiring an assembly operator in Bates County, Missouri. You will work in an electronics assembly unit. Day to day you will carry out a visual quality check for scratches, gaps and missing parts; log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay; report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away; snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses; tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench. Ideal candidate: • Can read work instructions and basic measurements • Previous experience on a production or assembly line preferred • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts Part-time with flexible hours.
