We are recruiting: backhoe loader operator (Illinois)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a backhoe loader operator in Moultrie County, Illinois. You should have: • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery • Able to operate excavator, loader and dozer confidently • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise The role involves load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket; keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines; level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines; grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift; break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment. At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
