Bakery assistant wanted in Barnes County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Barnes County, North Dakota. You will work at a café with an on-site bakery. Day to day you will load and unload the deck oven with a peel; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens 5+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends.
