Urgent requirement: we are hiring a grill cook in Richland County, Ohio. You will work at a roadside dhaba. Day-to-day duties: • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Pay around $3,500 per month, based on your experience.
