Immediate opening: we are hiring a waterproofing applicator in Owerri Municipal, Imo State. The job is at a busy building site. The role involves fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors; fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors; wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding; torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations. Ideal candidate: • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel Rotating shifts. ₦70,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
