Grill cook wanted in Cloud County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a grill cook in Cloud County, Kansas. The role involves: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift What we are looking for: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
