Painter — Giles County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a painter in Giles County, Virginia. The job is on a residential building site. What we are looking for: • Physically fit for standing, bending and reaching all day • Own brushes and basic hand tools The role involves hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams; mix and tint paint to match colour swatches; measure up and work out paint and material quantities; cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames; mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting; apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer $4,300 per month plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
