Ideal candidate: • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling On a typical shift you will shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer; check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray; straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains.
