Join our team: we are hiring a line cook in Dickens County, Texas. On the job you will handle: • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat What we are looking for: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
