Captain waiter — Darlington

Vacancy available: we are hiring a captain waiter in Darlington, England. The job is at a rooftop bar and grill. What we are looking for: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts On a typical shift you will greet guests, seat them and present the menu; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; clear and reset tables between covers; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager. Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided. Pay around £2,950 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
