Mining dozer operator wanted in Shawano County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a mining dozer operator in Shawano County, Wisconsin. The job is at an open-cast mine. Requirements: • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels • Valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes On the job you will handle: • Rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank • Grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily • Spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction • Carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil • Maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear • Strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
