Now hiring: we are hiring a track-type tractor operator in Warwickshire, England. You will be based on a dam or embankment job. Your main tasks: • Spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction • Rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank • Strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse • Maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear • Grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily What we are looking for: • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain • Valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence • Physically fit for climbing on and off the machine 2+ years on the tools preferred. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
