Precision welder — Warren County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a precision welder in Warren County, North Carolina. You will work at a busy sheet-metal workshop. On a typical shift you will read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters; inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion; back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring); weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges. Requirements: • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) • Able to read isometric and fabrication drawings At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
